An interesting project has this week hit Kickstarter, called the OLO, it is a smartphone 3D printer that is designed to make 3D accessible to everyone.

This is as according to its creators, who say that they OLO can do this by using your smartphone’s screen to print the 3D objects, with compatibility for “almost any size or brand”.

The OLO is also compact and light, meaning you can take it pretty much anywhere and 3D print on the go, and is compatible with a range of 3D scanning applications.
