Samsung has made another new tablet official this week, launching the new Samsung Galaxy tab A 10.1 in Germany.

Featuring a 10.1-inch display, the Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 has a 1,920 x 1,200-pixel resolution, with an octa-core processor and 2GB of RAM.

It also features 16Gb of inbuilt storage that can be expanded with a further 200GB via the microSD card slot.

Around the back, you will find an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with an auto focus, a flash and a f/1.9 aperture.

It is also capable of recording Full HD video in 1080p at 30 fps.

Around the front, there is also a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with a f/2.2 aperture.

The tablet also comes with 802.11 a/b/c/g/n/ac dual band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, USB 2.0 and GPS, it also comes with optional 4G LTE connectivity, as well as Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 will be available for purchase in Germany in June, however, there are no details on when it will launch in other countries yet.
