Titanfall has already been launched on both the Xbox One and the PC, however users of other consoles are having to wait a bit longer, and now they will have to wait even longer than that as EA have today revealed that the Xbox 360 version has been delayed once more, set back to April 11th in the UK and April 8th in the US.

Frankly that’s not too much of a delay however, as the game was originally scheduled for release on March 28th, which was only two weeks after the next-gen and PC versions.

As the current-gen version of the game was handed over from Respawn Entertainment to Bluepoint, the reasons for this delay could be due to some development issues, however its likely down to issues with their servers, which have seen a lot of users accessing them over the last week.

Patrick Söderlund, executive vice president at EA Studios did however explain the situation, giving the following statement”I’ve been playing the game a lot, and it is fantastic. But we see a few things that can be made even better, so we’re giving Bluepoint a little more time to do just that and deliver an epic Titanfall experience for Xbox 360 players,”

“The game will feature the same 6v6 gameplay, maps, modes, weapons and Burn Cards as the Xbox One and PC versions of the game,” he added.
