There has been a few rumours floating around for a couple of weeks that Tomb Raider will be launching on the next generation console, and it seems those rumours might be true as after Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition was spotted on Amazon’s Italy site, Square Enix came out with some details, telling IGN the following:

“It’s so hard to keep a secret these days!, we appreciate all of the enthusiasm, however we don’t have any details to share just yet. That said, we highly recommend you keep an eye on any major gaming events happening in early December.”

That hint is likely to link directly to this year’s VGX Awards which are set to kick off on December 7th.

Shortly after which we may even see an actual copy of the game, with Amazon listing the game for a January 24th release.
