A new project called Wistiki has this week been launched on the crowdfunding platform crowdfunder, designed to allow you to track both your pets and possessions easily, Wistiki is basically a set of 3 connected devices that can be attached to pretty much anything that you want to track, with wearable accessories for your smartphone, keyrings for your pet or keys, and even a tracking car for your wallet.

All of the devices have been created by the French creator Philippe Starck, and are completely designed and developed in France according to the campaign.

The trackers can also be personalised with one of four colours, including yellow, purple, orange and pink.

When you wish to find something that you are tracking Wistiki has a number of options, all of which are controllable from the companion application, and include the ability to make the tracker ring a tone, show a hot-cold radar, or track it using the GPS of your phone.

There’s also a virtual leash that can notify you when you are too far away from the tracker, or a reverse virtual leash which does the same but notifies you when you are back in proximity to the tracked item.

Wistiki is looking to raise a total of £10,000 to get into production, to get to that they are offering backers devices for pledges from £25.
