Some time ago we seen images for a redesigned version of Twitter’s desktop site, and now it appears the social network is also testing a redesigned version of their iOS application. Discovered by The Next Web, the site posted screenshots for the new design earlier today, showing a profile picture that takes a larger focus on the profile page, scrolling as the user does.

Under the cover photo there’s also the users bio info, profile picture and buttons for the various feeds, including feeds for the users embedded photo tweets, favorited tweets and normal tweets.

Tweets also take more of a card-like design, similar to that of Pinterest or Google+.

Aside from that the everything is more or less the same.

As of yet we don’t know if the redesign of the mobile app is legit, or when users might be getting it, however if it is legit, its likely that the redesign will only be rolled out to certain select users before it rolls out to everyone.
