The UK-based independent retailer, Clove Technology may have today revealed the pre-order date and pricing for LG’s new G2 handset. As the firsts retailer to post any details about the handset, were not sure how true this is but the site is now stating that the phone will be available for £468 inc. VAT, which is pretty reasonable for a flagship device, and is actually £100 cheaper than the launch price of the S4.

For that you get a handset in either black or white with a 5.2 inch display, 2.26GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and 24 bit/192KHz Hi-Fi audio playback.

The site also claims that you will be able to pre-order the device from late September, which might set it to launch around the same time as the expected iPhone release.
