Valve is arguably one of the biggest and most respected gaming companies in the world, unveiling new ways to help game developers and gamers alike constantly.

And today there is still no end to that, with the company unveiling a new service called Pipeline, which is a new website that aims to help teens in the gaming industry to grab an internship.

Starting as an experiment, the service will help answer queries from teenagers looking to get into the business, questions which may include help on choosing the right university/ college, which course you should study and to provide a look into what its like to have a career in game design.

Currently the site is more of a FAQ page, but they do aim to build it further as they receive more user-submitted questions.
