Richard Branson’s commercial spaceflight company, Virgin Galactic has this week shown off the fashion that you will be wearing should you take part in one of its flights to space in the future, which require a $250,000 deposit by the way.

These new outfits come as part of a new partnership with the brand Y-3, which is a company that was created in collaboration with Adidas and the Japanese fashion designer, Yohji Yamamoto.

The new apparel has been designed for the flights future pilots, operations team members on the ground and the astronauts, all of which feature a dark-coloured design, with a lightweight material and zippers going up the legs and torsos.

In order to celebrate the unveiling of these suits, Virgin Galactic announced that any passsenger who has already paid their depoist will get a limited-edition jacket.
