Virgin Media has unveiled some new plans for their Virgin Mobile service this week, in this announcement, the company revealed a range of new 4G SIM plans that comes with some interesting features.

These new plans will come with access to both the WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger service, without taking data off of your allowance.

And on top of that, Virgin Mobile will also be rolling over any used MBs of data that you haven’t used in the first month. The Virgin Media service also piggybacks from the EE service, so you can be sure that the service that you get will be as good as the EE service.

These new plans will start at £6/month on a 30-day rolling contract, providing you with 300 minutes, unlimited texts, and 300MB of data.

You can also bring it up to £25/month, which provides 5000 minutes, unlimited texts, and 20GB of data.

Here are all of those data plans:

  • 300 minutes, unlimited texts, 300MB data – £6/month
  • 1500 minutes, unlimited texts, 1GB data – £9/month
  • 2500 minutes, unlimited texts, 2GB data – £12/month
  • 2500 minutes, unlimited texts, 4GB data – £15/month
  • 5000 minutes, unlimited texts, 20GB data – £25/month

These will be available as part of Virgin Media’s FreeStyle plans, which let you pay separate monthly costs for the tariff and the phone, or you can get it on a SIM-only plan.

The plans will also provide you with access to 250,000 Wi-Fi hotspots around the UK, including the London Underground stations.
