Vodafone has this week announced the launch of a new scheme, called the Vodafone 30 Day Network Guarantee, which will allow you to cancel any contract signed with the company within the first thirty days, a great step towards better customer service.
Anyone who gets a new contract, or upgrades a current contract from this week will be able to take advantage of this new scheme.
Jeroen Hoencamp, CEO, Vodafone UK said the following about the launch:
“This industry first guarantee, for all new and upgrading mobile customers, truly puts the needs of our customers at the heart of our business. We’ve invested heavily in our network and services over the past few years so we’re now giving our customers the freedom to really test the strength and speed of our network across the UK and, if they’re not totally happy, they can come back to us within 30 days and we’ll cancel their agreement – no questions asked.”
With this you will be able to make a commitment to a new contract, without worrying about how the network will perform, providing customers with “the freedom to experience the strength and quality of our Network before they fully commit” according to Vodafone.
It’s an exciting step for the network, and we hope that more networks will follow suit.
