Vodafone has today announced their latest budget Android handset, the Smart III which packs a 4 inch display with an  800 x 480 pixel resolution, 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM, 4GB of in-built storage, that can be expanded up to 32GB with a microSD card.

The phone also runs Android Jelly Bean and packs a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and autofocus, with HD video recording up to 720p, but there’s no front-facing shooter.

The handset is sized at 123.2 x 64.4 x 10.9 and weighs 136g and is available in both black and white from Vodafone’s website, where you can pick up the handset for £95 on Pay as you Go, or free on a 24 month plan from £13 a month.
