Recently Warner Bros re-launched Batman: Arkham Knight on PC after a ton of problems with its original launch, and then they just hit more problems with the re-launch, it was still buggy, full of problems and generally left players unhappy.

As a response to all this Warner Bros has this week announced that users who purchased the game on PC will be able to get a refund, available between now and the end of the year, finally admitting defeat for the title on PC.

Warner Bros provided details for this on the game’s Steam community page, announcing some issues along with it. Users will only be eligible for a refund for the main game, and won’t be able to return the DLC separately, on top of that users who purchased a retail copy of the game are reporting that the refund page won’t load for them.

We are very sorry that many our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve, but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues.

Those who choose not to take the refund can wait for Warner Bros to fix the issues, they have promised to continue to work on the game, but have noted that they may not be able to fix some of the issues, which could mean huge problems for this PC port.

My advice? Get the refund.
