Hasselblad is hosting an event this month, set to kick off later today (June 22nd, 2016), we expect to see some exciting announcements from the company possibly including a Moto Mod camera and a professional-grade camera, which will reportedly be named the Hasselblad X1D (pictured above).

According to reports, it will have a dial on both the front and on the back of the grip, with a built-in viewfinder and LCD display, as well as a 50-megapixel sensor, two prime lenses that are 45mm and 90mm and feature f/3.5 and f/3.2 respectively.

According to rumours, it will be priced at $8,995.

However, nothing has been confirmed by Hasselblad yet, so we don’t know for sure what they will announce yet.

According to reports, the German camera manufacturer will be announcing this new camera tech on June 22nd at 2PM BST, a number of press members will be attending the event, but you can also watch it live below.
