The white PlayStation 4 was first spotted on Amazon sometime ago, and now it has been confirmed to be released as a standalone version, and will arrive in the UK on October 17th 2014.

Currently the retailer Amazon is listing the standalone white version of the PlayStation 4, currently priced at exact amount of £351.86.

You will also find the white PS4 in various other bundles that includes a number of different games, including Destiny and DriveClub.

Inside of the console, everything is pretty much the same as the normal PlayStation 4 which was first launched by Sony last year, which includes an 8-core AMD Jaguar CPU, with 8GB of GDDR5 RAM and the next generation AMD Radeon GPU.

There’s also a 500GB storage drive, with 2 x USB 3.0 ports, an AUX port, built-in WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR and an HDMI port.

As usual the normal version of the console is priced between £329 and £349 at various retailers.
