Users of the Windows 10 operating system will be happy to know that they can finally watch content in 4K Ultra HD.

This news was announced this week, revealing that you can now watch Netflix in 4K through Microsoft Edge on a Windows 10 PC or laptop so long as you have a 7th generation Intel Kaby Lake processor or up and the necessary additions to playback 4K content.

Which is a bit strange, given that the Intel Kaby Lake isn’t necessary to have a beastly PC, however, we can expect that Netflix will expand their 4K support soon.

You will also need a 4K display to display the content, and you will need the top-level Netflix subscription which costs £8.99 a month in the UK.

And if that’s not all, you will also need a broadband connection with speeds of at least 25Mbps.
