Netflix has today announced that users on the iPhone and the iPad will be able to grab a subscription even more easily via the app.

Users can now do this via an in-app subscription, which means that you no longer have to head over to Netflix’s website to subscribe to the streaming service.

Previously Netflix could not do this as it would mean that they would have to charge those who use in-app subscriptions more, this is due to the fact that Apple takes 30% off the top of an in-app purchase.

However it seems that Netflix has managed to get over this, revealing the introduction of the new availability on Twitter earlier this week.

We don’t know if Apple has made a deal with Netflix to cut the charge, or if Netflix has simply decided to go ahead with it anyway, but at the end of the day, it’s all good news for the consumer.
