ZTE and Virgin Media has today released the new Blade Q Mini in the UK today, available from the carrier as a Virgin Media exclusive, the handset is aimed at the mid-range market.

The smartphone features a 4 inch 480 x 800 pixel resolution IPS display with 233ppi, a 1.3GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM, 4GB of storage, a microSD card slot with up to 32GB of expandability, 5 megapixel autofocus camera, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and a 1500 mAh battery.

At the moment the handset will be available from both Argos and Sainsbury’s for £60, with Argos displaying the handset first, although it will be locked to the Virgin Media network.

ZTE has not announced whether the handset will be making its way to any other networks yet.
