At MWC we saw a range of new devices, a couple of those we have not yet mentioned is from ZTE and are part of the Blade series and are named the Blade V8 Lite and the Blade V8 Mini.
Both of these devices have been designed for the budget markets, but both also feature 5-inch displays with Android Nougat pre-installed out of the box.
Both also share a similar design, however, the Mini does have some extra colour options. Where they differ is in the specifications.
The Blade V8 Mini features a 1080p display along with a Snapdragon 435 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a 2,800mAh battery, and a dual-camera combination at the back of the smartphone.
This dual-camera setup is a combination of a 13MP primary sensor and another 2MP secondary sensor, which allows for shooting 3D effects.
The Blade V8 Lite features slightly lesser specifications, featuring a 720p display, a MediaTek 6750 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and aa microSD card slot.
It doesn’t feature that dual-camera combination, instead featuring a single 8MP camera.
Both of these devices will be available across the globe including countries such as Japan, Germany, Russia, and Spain, however, no pricing or availability details have been announced yet.
